Abstract

  A news from NASA for the discovery of the second earth, describing the similar characteristic between earth - life/creature phenomenon, physical properties e.t.c.

My summary 

  Scientists from NASA headquarters announced that they discovered a planet through a picture, launched in 2009, by Kepler space telescope.This "Second earth","Kepler-186f" locates in a habitat zone which orbit a star.Thus, there might be liquid water exits on its surface. One of the most special and important information is the size of Kepler-186f is only 40% larger than earth. Though the mass and density can't be measured precisely, this is the first time that NASA detect the Earth-size planet orbit around stars like our sun. This indicates there might be living things appearance or a suitable condition for creature. The other information is the continued missions of Earth-size planet detecting will use a new telescope equipment called James Webb space telescope launch in 2018 with newer and higher performance. Hope we are not alone in the universe.

    The teacher I admire the most is my physic teacher of high school. To begin with, he is a really working hard teacher. He spends his break time teaching us every day and no matter how strange the questions I ask, he always answers my questions as complete as possible. In addition, He is a passionate teacher. He not only wants us to get a good grade, but also want us to experience the beauty and interest of physic, so his lectures always combine physic and life together.
Because of him, Physic becomes my favorite major.
