      In current society, teamwork increases the major affair significantly.  There huge methods to build teamwork are different from the heroism to the creative.  Smart hiring, strategic training, simple respect and a ton of trust are considered the vital for strong team.  However, how to come up to build a strong team is the issue that a dozen of people discuss.  MPW Insider, an online business community, provides five techniques for them public.
      First, chose the right people rather than good or qulified people.  Let your team members interact with the interviewing candidates.  It not only helps the candidate understand how much matters in the team but helps your team reinforce their sense of ownership and send their message.
      Second, cross-train your members to step into other's role if in need. Breaks the burden that certain task a people is able to do, and also eliminates the huge stress and morale to ruin the vocation and sick days.
      Third, growth your members is a significant to a strong team.  Know what your people talent, requests and help and put them to talent position.  As a reason, when you strong team the more better candidate will knock your door.
      Forth, invest in your people when they accomplish a outstanding work.  Show your gratitude by a simple word "think you" or dessert and give them extra salary and the opportunity to promotion.
      Fifth, set their free.  Not merely points to give their vocation to free, but also will give their chance to attempt to different matters.  For instant, nominate your low-level employee to lead team project and that your team is filled with unlimited possibilities.
      A strong team needs to be nutured and created for a long time and tremendous focus.  Following the above technique, trust and respect will be set up and the real value in your team will be found.

The infographic shows that the U.S. companies in the Dow Jones list have a large growth because of China's big market, so China's economy flowing becomes really important in their business.
