My Summary:

  The article "Google Sees First Injury Accident for Self-Driving Cars" talks about the details of the first injury accident for self-driving cars and Google's research achievements in Self-Driving Cars so far. 
  In the collision, the Google's testing car, Lexus SUV outfitted sensors and cameras, was crashed by the car behind because the car didn't brake. Three Google employees were hurt and already checked out from hospital.  This is the 14th accident in six years and about 1.9 million miles of testing. Google said its car program is almost done and is being hit soon. The head of Google's self driving car program said the accidents clearly come from human error and inattention, so they will try to do something to improve it in the future. 
  In the end, the article also talks the process of a testing car accident on July 1.

Law registering hard to keep pace with business model in technology.

My summary 

      Airbnb and Ubar both are the newtechnology that provide the driving and home-sharing.  Although the public love the new service, its own backyard is complicated.

      How often people can rent out their houses and apartment online is s a question that has existed in Airbnb for a long time.  On, July 14th, San Franciso Board of Supervisor vote to sustain policy that the 90-day cap in place when the host is not present and allow unlimited day when the host is present.  However, the vote is laughed at "somewhat moot".  Early, a measure qualified would cap both hosted and unhosted rentals at days per day to avoid problems sparked by Airbnb.

      Some locals have been evicted from their home by landlord hoping to rent them out on Airbnb.  According to San Francisco Chronicle points that there are up to 150 homes to be rented full-time, suggesting that might be stock taken out of the strapped rental market.

Besides, short-term rental would not make sure the quality of community.  Furthermore it could bing a city to a city solely of short-term rentals.  The local government struggle to update longstanding regulation in light of new technology.  

      In this era, the economy and business models are changing too rapidly to put such a high bar in place for updating related laws.  San Franciso Board story warns other city lawmakers, cautioned against deciding this issue by ballot, because after a law is put in place that way, officials must return to voters in order to make any changes to it.

Abstract

Mousetrap create the unprecedented method to resolves the graffiti problem on Syndney Train in Australia. 

My summary 

    Graffiti is terrible trouble throughout the world.  No matter how effort police  do they still cannot stop the spray paint word, artwork or others appear on building, trains and bus.   

      In the past, Australia's Syndney Trains used surveillance cameras to help police officers find the site where an illegal writer was painting on train cars.  But this design doesn't appropriate the train with a huge of cars because it needs to watch camera without blinking.  Last year,Syndney Trains spent up to $34million to clean up these graffitis, but now they have new technology to catch these illegal graffiti writter.

      Mousetrap, was developed by Technique Risk, an Australian company.  The sensor is hidden behind the wall secretly and it can identify gases from markers and spray paint when someone starts drawing the graffiti.  After Mousetrap recognizes the smell, it will connect with surveillance camera and send the message to an alarm.

      Now Moustrap has work perfectly to not mere release Sydney's train free from graffiti hell but also save a lot of money from $34 million to remove graffiti to $500,000 to put the system in place.

In Brussels meeting, Greece fought a difficult battle with the Eurozone leaders and they reached an agreement -- the Greek bailout deal.

My summary 

On Monday morning local time in Brussels, the Eurozone leaders meeting was hold.  This meeting was talked the proposal of Greek over about the financial support and serious reform and participants agreed upon the bailout.

Europe had been a victor in this battle.  Although Greece period, extra time you are given to pay money you owe without losing something or paying an additional amount, made Greece receive some relief, Greece did not receive a cut in total level debt that it still secured debt restructuring, a 35 billion euro growth package and will need continued help from the International Monetary Fund.

Besides, according to the Associated Press, Greek parliament will convene to vote the new reform in a few hours later.  This revolutionary reform will avoid Greece from being kicked out of the Eurozone.

On Monday morning local time in Bruseel, the Eurozone leaders had agreed upon the bailout deal Greek propose.  Europe had been a victor in this battle.  This propose would lead financially trouble countries to come no Grexit.  

The deal contained two orient financial support and serious reform.  It means that Greece had secured debt restructuring and a 35 billion euto growth pack. Fortunatelly, Greece will be released from a longer grace period. Althoght Greece still cannot receive a cut from creditor nations, it get the help and gasp from IMF. 

A few hours hours Greek parliament will vote the new reform in because European leaders thrteatened to kick Greece out of Eurozone if Tsipras continues fleeing the difficult reforms.

My summary 

  On July 5th, Greece citizen voted down in referendum about the debt austerity reform plan from EU as people's expect. Even their prime minister, Mr. Tsipras claimed to quit Eurozone on media. But things go twists and turns,  on July 11th, the Greek parliament authorizes Greek government, prime minister Mr.Tsipras to negotiate a bail-out deal with creditors, in light of a proposal that includes conditions harsher than those rejected at the referendum. 
  More compelling reasons are Greeks have released that  they cannot have their cake and eat it, and the Eurozone creditors will in no mood to negotiate. To avoid catastrophic than more austerity, Mr. Tsipras chose country over party.
  The goal is to do everything possible to keep Greece within the euro zone, but once a deal is signed—or rejected—the knives will surely come out again before long.
