NTOU Toastmasters Club is established on July 1, 1998, in National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU). We serve the different needs of students and professional by various club meeting design. Our club is the second TMI university student club in a national university in Taiwan. We provide an English learning environment to NTOU students, teachers and staff, as well as anyone in the community who is interested in the program.

[Summary] Double Happiness: The Strange Use of Cigarettes at Chinese Weddings
My summary
Cigarettes as a symbol of gratitude in China's weeding. A French photography collector and editor, Thomas Sauvin, finds the custom origin in kio of negatives garbeage that is dumpped on the suburb of Beijing. He established the archival project about the photographs, shot between 1985 to early 2000s and offer a marvelous glance of China's social changes.
Cigarette-smoking wedding, a fleeting tradition, delieveries the couple's candid yet ingenuous. By these imagine, it breaks the Westerner stereotype in China's corruption, destruction, and pollution or martial art, calligraphy and tea. Relatively, it presents the Chinese innocent.
These photographies come together in a photobook, Until Death Do Us Part, and is published by Jiazahi. You can appreciate these surprise picture in it.
